The breakfast bar very was poor and the service was listless, the reception staff was not attentive, the pillows on the bed was poor, the furniture in the room was not welcoming, no reentrant, just a bar and grill but the grill food was good, no one around for the checkout.

There were a total of 2 lamps in the room. One had the light socket broken off. Even after reporting it to the desk, nothing was done. In the evening, people were racing and screaming in the halls. We reported it to the desk, again, no action. The bathroom door stuck, and if there hadn't been someone else in the room with me, I might still be there.
