Unfortunately, the staff didn't take away our used towels or leave us with fresh ones and we also ran out of soap. On top of that, during my visit to the continental breakfast, I noticed that one of the other guests was allowed to bring their dog with them, which was a bit surprising. Overall, it wasn't the best experience, but I'm sure things will improve in the future.
