I saw the person at the front desk doing something when I walked in and he did not say anything. Not even a Hello or may I help you. He finally got behind the counter and I told him I had a reservation. At check out I was not given a receipt as he said his computer was down. The bed was noisy as when you moved as you heard the springs. The bathtub when taking a shower was noisy as I thought the bottom was going to give out as it was noisy.
Staff was very nice. The young Jamaican man that works in the morning was super nice and was helpful with suggestions on where to eat and shop.
