When using the shower in our remodeled room there was no division so the water flooded on the bathroom floor and after notifying the front desk of this dilemma all they said was to put a towel down. It was dangerous and someone could of slipped and fell. We also were in the older part of the building on the 7th floor and the air conditioner had old filters that were dirty and clogged and needed to be changed, also the tv and phone were not working properly. They should of been checked first before another guest checks in. We were also not satisfied with the breakfast the spanakopita was dry and the selection of food didn't taste good also the coffee was watered down.

We were disappointed in the restaurant food; not good quality for the price. Also, we paid quite a bit to enjoy swimming and because there was a storm threat, which never came, we were not able to swim for all three days. They refused to open the pool. The attendants at curbside were fantastic!!
