I will start by saying the room itself was great. It was clean, large, and comfortable. The employees were warm and helpful. The rest of the experience however, was less than ideal. The parking was confusing because the parking garage was shared with a public garage and a sign was out stating the lot was full. I had to drive around looking for a place to park until I eventually pulled into the lot and spoke to a very helpful employee. There is practically no space to park and unload your bags and check in initially. After I eventually parked in the basement of the parking garage, I learned the only elevator from the garage up was out of service. When I walked upstairs I learned there were approximately 50 people waiting in the lobby for only 2 elevators. The elevators were dismally slow and for 16 floors this was a huge problem. I carried all my things up to only the 5th floor because I did not have time to wait for the elevator. When I checked out the next day I waited 10 minutes for the elevator to finally arrive to my floor. Also be aware you have to pay for parking on top of your hotel room.
