Overall the hotel is beautiful especially during the holidays. Our only complaints were the pool was just pathetic. It was cold, dirty and we found pieces of glass in the pool and hot tub. A family actually got sick from being in that water. The main restaurants were very good except the upstairs one next to the bar. The food was cold and downright gross. The Omni is a beautiful hotel and the gentleman whom greets you with the glasses at the valet is very professional and welcoming. A couple of the staff were pretty rude to us at the coffee shop and downstairs at the toy store. I realize they might be short staffed and during the holidays it's a lot busier but not excuse for poor and rude customer service.
Hello, As a member service organization your feedback is valuable. We are happy to see you had a pleasant stay, despite the challenges with the pool and restaurants. We appreciate you taking the time to share insights with us. Regards, Chuck
