What a wonderful experience! The Omni hotel is absolutely beautiful. Our room was wonderful. The staff Was friendly and accommodating! We will definitely stay here again!
Excellent hotel, only issue is I booked through AAA and paid for the hotel in full. When I got there I had to give them a credit card for incidentals. They charged me again for my room even though it was already paid in full. I had to talked to a manager to get this resolved and it took another phone call to finally get the money put back in my account.
Beautiful facility, very comfortable room, delicious restaurants, and great location.
