Hotel was rated 5 stars but hotel room was small and only had one bed instead of two queen beds as promised. Room also did not have a tub, only a shower. Staff were unable to accommodate us. Room service was mediocre and extremely overpriced. Reservations were made through AAA and the nightly rate charged was > $400 / night than if booked through the hotel. This was very shocking. I will never use AAA to help get a hotel “deal” again. I was very upset with this stay at a busker list location.
