Unique loft-style rooms with high ceilings and large windows, many of which overlook the Pawtucket River, await guests. All rooms have plush king mattresses and ergonomic furnishings. The polished concrete walls and floors are softened with area rugs. The modern bathrooms have oversize showers with rain shower heads. The hotel was built to mimic the feel of the historic Pontiac mills, including some unique industrial-style spaces to do work.The reception desk is open to a "library" sitting area, which includes a multitude of books and games to borrow. Smoke free premises. 162 units. 5 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Towels were extremely cheap . Overpriced . Considering we took up two floors for a wedding weekend the hotel did nothing to accommodate our large group gatherings . Not a good value nickel and dimed us .

First night we stayed had no hot water for shower. We stayed same hotel 3 weeks later, different room, but shower leaked. Told staff we needed set of towels and maintenance to fix shower. Came back after being out—no change to room. Wet towels on floor and no new towels. Finally got night staff to bring fresh towels. When checking out, all this was mentioned and just received apologies as they ran my card. Should not be a AAA hotel.
