Beautifully located in the city center, friendly staff helping with whatever you may need. Especially the housekeeping manager Margaret was phenomenal to change my room and get me plenty of coffee. I think she should get a raise and more capable people like she has, it was evident to see she was short staffed. I read many reviews before I stayed first time which was about six months ago where few people were unhappy which I don't understand how. This is a friendly, clean and safe place to stay in Sheffield, period.
