Booked at 75$ hotel charged 95$ claiming their was no single beds available.than I was put in a room with a shattered tv and broken thermostat. Then the desk told me they were doing me a favor cause no single rooms were available they could cancel my reservation or pay the 95$. Thanking my bank for the charge back after providing the reservation email. Horrendous on so many levels.
