Friendly staff who went out of their way.
Our stay at the Monarch Valley Inn Marina at Monterey was an excellent experience. The inn was easy to locate, the room we had was updated and clean and peaceful throughout the night stay. Upon arrival we were greeted with great and friendly customer service. The staff was very helpful with all the questions we had of the area and details about the inn. Upon checkout in the morning there was free coffee, treats and a goodie bag provided. I definitely enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone staying or passing through Monterey Bay. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
I really liked this place! Small place with big clean rooms. Situated near a quiet neighborhood next to a gas station, this Inn is close to CSU Monterey Bay and the beach is a short drive down the street. The takeaway breakfast was a cleaver idea and filled with more than enough food. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. I will definitely be staying here again!
Faculty and room was bit run down but nice front desk/check-in experience., friendly and accommodating. Some rusty lamps, burn mark on tub, dusty window screen, and one outlet not secured in wall.
