There was hair on the bathroom floor and on the bedsheets (that was not ours) when we arrived. Empty Gatorade bottle and trash under the bed upon arrival. The fan on the AC/Heat unit was not able to be turned off. I like white noise but this sounded like an 18-wheeler was idling in the bedroom. It was SO loud! Stairwells were under construction and littered with dust, food trash and equipment though there were no workers present during our stay.
