It was a very clean and nice room. The hotel staff was very nice when we checked in and out. The hotel itself had a lot of amenities and restaurants to enjoy.
It would have been excellent however our room was given away even though I called ahead to say we’d be checking in late. They did upgrade us it took some back and forth conversation to obtain the upgrade.
I was surprised to have additional cost that was not disclosed when booking. There was an extra cost for the resort fee and I thought everything was paid when booking with AAA. The hotel was nice and we loved the pool.
