Supplies were not stocked in our room, daughter fell in handicap shower due to no grippers, alarm clock wasn’t turned off and went off at 1:30 AM AB’s when I woke up to alarm realized room temp was set at 78, 4 yr old son had nicotine patch on his skin after sleeping in bed and got sick…. Told hotel manager and she didn’t care at all! Didn’t compensate for anything. Won’t be back! They need staff to put at a set temp, shut off alarms, clean actual room, and make safer!!!!!!
The resort was nice however there was blood in our sheets and in the bathroom. When we contacted the front desk they brought clean sheets however never had housekeeping come clean the bathroom or put the sheets on. The price I paid was not ok for blood in the room
