Our room did not have hot water and we were unable to shower, We had to then switch rooms which made us late getting to our event. Then upon check out we discovered that someone charged food to our room and it was not us. It has now been a week and we are still trying to get our accidental fees charge back, they are still passing us around and not giving us answers.
