Was disappointed in the staff and rooms. We called ahead to see about early check in. I was told the earlier, assuming a room was ready would be 2pm. Which was fine but when asked if were earlier could we utilize the pool and restaurant for lunch and we were told no not normally simmering they do unless you have your room key. I continued to go on by asking about EV plug in and was told there was in the garage. On arrival (didn’t come too early since could not use oil or anything) we were told that there was no EV parking, that we could have used the pork and restaurant. By that point we had enough time to get there and get ready for my hooding ceremony. Or first room’s A/C wasn’t working. The second room they sent us to an upgraded junior suite, we couldn’t get in. Had to go all the way back down to only find it they told us and write the wrong room number down. Finally we got to the correct room and the fridge wasn’t working right. Didn’t keep anything cool and when my husband told the desk they just kind of shrugged like oh well. Took us an tire to get situated and barely had enough time to get to my ceremony.
