Most importantly, the hotel room was clean. The proximity to dining places is great, and the staff was engaging and friendly. This visit more that makes up for a previous unpleasant experience when my flight was canceled at the last minute due to bad weather, and the hotel was initially refusing to give me a refund--until AAA intervened. I have no problem making this my "go to" location if all things stay the same moving forward. The only hiccup was due to the parking lot apparently being shared with the adjoining hotels, which makes it very tight to find parking.
Immaculate, comfortable beds and pillows, lovely lobby, great food at restaurant, and Starbucks!
