This hotel is in a renovated office building that used to be the headquarters of the old Magnolia Gas & Oil company. Room size and layout vary widely. Smoke free premises. 325 units, some kitchens. 28 stories, interior corridors.

Good Room , staff was friendly. Not enough towels for more than one day stay.
Nothing was what it was supposed to be the a/c in the room hardly worked and the staff kindly acted like they were better than everyone
Lots of homeless around the area. Only valet available $40 parking garage $20 but two blocks away. The air conditioning did not work well and it was 90 outside. The carpet had a film all over. Only 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 towels for 3 people staying in room. 10/10 will not stay here again. We called the front desk to ask for more towels it rang long enough for us to take the elevator down and ask at the front desk.
