Bugs in the room, maybe from outside? The location was convenient for our trip, but I would look elsewhere next time. Also the A/C unit was a little noisy, I am happy that it was working though.
The ONLY reason I'm rating this hotel with 2 stars is because of the staff--I feel sorry for them, having to deal with all the complaints. They were very apologetic, and understood our complaints, and did not argue a bit. The condition of the bathroom was absolutely uninhabitable. I got locked in the bathroom because there was no door handle on the inside.. My friend tried to call downstairs, the phone had no dial tone. The rest of the interior of the hotel was doable. The grounds were ugly. I'm sorry, I just can't believe you can charge the nightly amount and get away with it--NOTHING like the photos. We stayed that first night because we got in very late. We checked out the next day and went to a Best Western.
