Convenient to the interstate, this property is just a quick drive from downtown. Guest rooms are nicely furnished and some are very spacious. Smoke free premises. 155 units. 7 stories, interior corridors.

The room floor was sticky. A non smoking sign was posted but the area smelled, unclear if it was smoke or mildew. The breakfast area needs a deep cleaning. I stayed at la quinta the week before in page Arizona and this one felt unsafe and unclean.
