La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Flagstaff East I-40

Lost power at 0300, back on at 0600. Tried to tell manage about the power loss at check out. They were not interested!

Room and hotel were fine. Our room was located on the north side of the hotel, next to the busy street Lucky Lane. There is a fair amount of truck traffic on that street.

The good things about the hotel are ONLY due to the hardworking housekeeping staff. The breakfasts were not bad either. That's it. Management is unhinged and rude. It's quite obvious there is a systematic bad attitude at this place. I am allergic to down feathers. I travel frequently staying in countless hotels a year. I have never had this problem before. On the first night we were very tired from our drive hitting Phoenix construction. We chose this hotel because of the jacuzzi. It was broken. No bubbles. There were tons of kids at the pool and in the Jacuzzi with no bubbles, no age limit on the Jacuzzi. They never fixed the jacuzzi for the three nights we were there. It would have taken 5 min to fix. We know. Their attitude was indifference when we asked. We go to bed and I realize all the pillows have feathers. No problem, I'll go ask for a hypoallergenic pillow. I go down, the kid told me basically too bad housekeeping is gone and if you have a problem email the manager. I went down in the morning and got major attitude when I asked the lady at the front desk. I told her I needed one before night time that day and I could tell with her attitude she didn't care and it wasn't going to happen. They had 24 hours to go and buy hypoallergenic pillows across the street and they did not care. Whatsoever. We had to buy a pillow. For how much we paid to stay I should have been offered a $10 pillow but we had to take time out of our day and money to buy them ourselves. No check in, no follow up about my health. That tells me the owners are cheap cut corners and don't care about the comfort of their guests. I was sick the whole time from the down. Horrible experience. They are short on sheets and towels. Another reviewer on google said she had to go buy her own pillow too. It's like they have contempt for their customers We come to flagstaff often. At least twice a year and bring our dog. They really blew it with us, but I don't suppose they care.
