This newly renovated property features a pool area with a fire pit and comfortable, modern guest rooms all conveniently located close to downtown and the University of Arizona. Smoke free premises. 91 units. 3 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

All good, great staff, nice breakfast set up, clean room.
Although the hotel itself is clean, the staff are very good, and the breakfast is excellent. there is a big problem with the property next door. It is a completely run-down hotel with broken steps, torn curtains in the windows, and a weedy overgrown pool area. There is also a large homeless group that hangs out around this hotel and the nearby Circle K. This is not the hotel's fault, but the result of our lack of social services on the national level.
Overall, it was clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. One morning, there was no hot water in the shower, though.
