Guests at this hotel will enjoy the spacious rooms; choose from rooms overlooking the downtown skyline or riverfront. This prime location is within walking distance of just about everything. Smoke free premises. 255 units. 13 stories, interior corridors.

Price jumped over a $300.00 in less than a week, yet the hotel was under construction. Hidabed was in poor condition and adequate covers were not provided for it even after request was made. Supples were not adequately provided. Kleenex box only contained 3 tissues, and there was a shortage of coffee and tissue for 3 guests.
The staff at check in had a "couldn't care less" attitude. Required a $35 early check in fee for 1/2 hour early. The restaurant was under renovation, which was one reason we selected this hotel and the bar was a joke. Went across the street to another Hyatt and was overwhelmed with how nice the staff, bar and restaurant there was. Now know which Hyatt to select another time!

Understaffed. Called the front desk for 30 min, no answer. Went to the front desk and they were understaffed. The air conditioner was not working. A service rep came up to repair and said it was fixed. When he left it did not work. He came back and changed out the thermostat and it worked. The staff was pleasant but management should have more hands on deck on a Friday night. They are over worked.
