Booked this hotel solely based off of the shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel. Called months ahead of time when booking to confirm. Called again before we were boarding our flight only to be told that they hat services was cancelled Sept 1st so we would be responsible for getting a way to and from the airport. Ok fine whatever, near $100 later on a one way trip and then another $30 for the other. The person at the desk was rude upon our arrival stating it wasn’t the hotel’s responsibility to inform guests for a “complementary and free service” I’d cancelled. Then we arrived after the next day but was never reimbursed for the night not used. WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER
