No housekeeping service, no trash was picked up, no fresh towels. When this lack of hospitality was addressed with staff, and front desk manager, we were told that that service is no longer provided unless hotel is booked for more than four days. My credit card was charged twice, for my two day stay, once upon initial arrival and then at check in; ALL on the same day. When I brought this issue up, I was told by front desk manager that those two pending charges would be reversed upon final bill and check out. Well, I checked out on 2/18/24 and as of today 2/23/24, there’s still a large pending charge sitting on my account. I question the level of staff intelligence with how their system works. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Overpriced. Room smelled like sewage and cigarettes and is in major need of renovation. AC unit is old and extremely noisy. They charge $30 each night for parking. Location is nice, but way better options out there for the price.
Rooms were very clean, and we were given additional bedding when requested. Location was walkable to Disneyland parks, and a quick drive to Target to get groceries. Free breakfast every morning was also excellent.

I looked for a hotel which offered complimentary breakfast, I chose Hyatt House because they provided it and I stayed here more than 5 years ago. I will not return, because the breakfast was of poor quality compared to my past stay. My sons got sick with abdominal cramps and diarrhea after eating the scrambled eggs, stiff hard dry pancakes, blueberries and strawberries were frozen and I was not able to put them on the pancakes. Cheap pork and beans type cut-up sausage, potato tots. Poor and scanty selections, not everyone eats pork, and that's all the meat you offered. Years ago you offered freshly made waffles and made-to-order omelettes. If you're here for the free breakfast, don't stay here, food not worth it.
Main reason why I went to stay at the Hyatt was for a poolside visit I think the concierge are very nice staff is great and kind and the rooms I lovely the continental breakfast was awesome lots of different kinds of foods for your liking and check out was no hassle I had a great time there hope to visit again thank you also I rated it four stars only because I was hoping for a more magnificent pool
