The place was absolutely awful! The door lock on the outside was punched out and the door didn’t lock. The entire place was filthy, mold everywhere, smoke alarms ripped from the wall, bugs in the bed. The ice machine was falling apart and mildewy, drains gross, ceiling in bathroom falling in with water and mold. There was no elevator for us to use for disability or alternative. The parking lot had a big truck leaking some kind of chemical from it all over the lot. I have never seen such a filthy hotel. The woman, Missy, up front yelled at me that it wasn’t her problem to care about the rooms or give a refund (we left after 10 mins) She absolutely refused. Then told me the next person to talk to wouldn’t give me a refund either. She yelled at me that she had never been in the rooms before, she only gets paid to check people in and out and nothing more. She would not help us at all. We left and we’re out $150 and had to pay for another room at a clean/safe hotel. The new hotel said they have been awful a long time, people have been murdered and stabbed there!!! DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!!!! We are still trying to get our money back…. Extremely unsafe
