Hotel was great, HOWEVER our room was on the 10th floor. When we got in the room, both windows were swung completely open & when I got to the window, I looked straight down to the street, 1000 feet below. With acrophobia (fear of heights), my knees shook as I grabbed the windows to close them & lock them, The next day, both windows were swung wide open again. An animal, child or even an adult could find themselves falling 10 stories to the street. How are these windows legal?????
