This hotel is ideally situated, west of downtown Quebec. There is excellent bus service, pretty much right at the doorstep, Quebec Laurier (large shopping district - alive and bustling, unlike such places in the U.S.) is right across the street, the staff is outstanding, and there are 2 fine restaurants in the building. Due to an injury sustained while out and about, I needed to stay 2 extra nites and the management kindly accommodated this need, sent up ice, and facilitated several deliveries of items that I needed while laid up. I would gladly stay here again when next in the area.
