The receipt from our stay shows $88.57 in tax and fee charges for the first day and $106.24 in tax and fee charges for the second day in addition to room charges. I was not made aware of these extra charges when I booked the hotel. In addition, part of the second day charges included a $34.65 charge for the hotel restaurant Allure. We were given $40 in coupons to use at the bakery or restaurant then charged for the food we purchased from the bakery. Why was I charged for food we received coupons for? Also, the staff in the bakery were not trained for food allergies.
