All in all a decent hotel. I did try and reach out a couple weeks in advance about the possibility of early check since I knew I would be arriving before actual check in time time. Never got a response. Once I arrived was told no chance of getting into my room early (Luckily they did hold my bags for me until then). Only other issue is a 137 (non refundable) service fee on top of the total price that no site makes mention of..
