This half of the dual-campus offers kitchenettes in every room for your home away from home. Double pane windows keeps the freeway noise out. Live music is featured in the lobby lounge on Wednesday. Worst Hilton experience we have encountered. Email suggested checking in via the app so we could pick our room and skip the front desk. Checked in on the app only to be told that we must finish checking in at the front desk. Unable to select our own room. Upon checking in we were required to pay taxes and parking even though taxes were paid when reservation was made. Hotel unable to explain. Unable to pick our room as advertised but instead were assigned the farthest room from the elevator. Turning on the light for the toilet area of the bathroom also turned on the light for the sink area meaning that going to the restroom in the middle of the night lit up the entire sleeping area. Ceiling fan was on and controls didn’t work. Thermostat did nothing. Called front desk but no one showed up. Expressed concerns via Hilton survey and received a follow up saying that the local hotel already addressed our issues and to reply if anything else was needed. I replied that no one from the hotel had responded. No follow up from Hilton.
