We reserved this hotel for our trip to Grand Rapids over a month ago. When we got there, they informed us that the hot water had been off since the previous day and was not expected to be fixed until possibly Friday (3 days later). Had they contacted me prior to my arrival, no big deal, but after traveling all day, arriving around 7:30 PM in the evening, and being hungry, it was not a good experience.
