My Arrival Day was interesting, the first thing I was told is they where over booked I had to book next door see if they had room. I was confused I thought that's y I paid for reservation. Second morning the door was not working, took them 45 min to get me back in my room , only to have more door problems . I felt like they gave me the bad room since day one , what a horrible experience. Never again to book here.
The staff was knowledgeable and considerate. The room was clean and functional. Just what we expected.
