Reserved this hotel because of a wedding nearby at 4 PM on a Saturday. Hotel was recommended by the wedding party organizers. Drove in from Maryland. Arrived at 1:30 PM and informed that rooms would not be available until 3 PM. Returned at 3 PM and told rooms would not be available until 4 PM (the time of the wedding). After explaining the circumstances to the unconcerned and uninterested desk staff, I was told I could change into proper attire in the men's room located in the lobby. Not sure what constitutes quality customer service at this hotel, but it doesn't match up to my expectations.

First of all, no sleep! The concierge failed to mention that there will be a wedding at their venue that ran until 2am! My family and I were on the 2nd floor which was practically above their ballroom with live music. Then the air conditioning system blows right at the head of the bed with no adjustments. And a half ***** apology the next morning at check out. The room was clean but what's the point of a stay if you can't get any rest?
