The staff were all very professional and polite. Overall the hotel was great. But... during our stay, we moved into three different rooms. The first room smelled moldy and the carpet needed to be replaced. The second room had a horrible odor that smelled like a combination of cigarettes and cleaning chemicals. The third room also smelled but not as bad. Moldy, and carpet freshener chemicals. It made it difficult to sleep and to eat, which was a shame because the room service food was very good. Also the AC was stuck on the coldest temperate in all three rooms. We were very cold.

Hotel is under renovations so we are very understanding of the noise and tests during the week. Ortegas Center Mall is right next door and has every possible thing one could ask for. Mall is open from 10am to 10pm, so very accommodating. Pancake Hose and Jollibee are the best and also have locations around the block when the mall is closed.
