Check-in went great, but when we got to our room, there was no cable and no hand soap. Went back to the front desk where we were told the cable was out and there was a back order of soap. I realize there’s nothing they could do about the cable, but think outside the box about soap! go to the Dollar General which is right next-door and buy some hand soap and cut it up and offer it to your guests. I feel both items should’ve been mentioned when we were checking in. When we checked out, nothing was said until we asked for a discount, and then we did get a generous discount.
