As expected for a Holiday Inn Express. Except, my room was not cleaned after first night. When I complained to the desk upon my return to the room in the evening, I was told that rooms are only cleaned every three days. What? No sign was in the room to indicate this policy. Is this the latest money saving move in the hotel industry? Since I complained, the room was cleaned the next (second) day.
