Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Greenville Airport

The hotel itself was clean and nice and the staff at check in were friendly. We were on a tight schedule so we came down to breakfast at 7, when it started. It was dark and the door was closed. We waited a while and then knocked asking if we were early. She said we must be early because she isn't ready but there were around 8 people waiting. The front desk staff could see us all waiting but did nothing Then when she did open the doors, half of the items weren't out. The only utensils were knives. When I asked for a spoon, I received a flippant response and she proceeded to tell me rudely about the delivery truck. Then the juice machine was not working and when that was pointed out, she was very rude. Turns out she hadn't turned the machine on yet. When she was confronted about her rudeness, she made a big scene and marched over to the front desk staff making a point to show that she was reporting the gentleman. The front desk staff said nothing to the patrons and the dining worker proceeded to tell everyone about this rude person while he was still eating breakfast. It was very unprofessional from both the dining and front desk staff and made for a very uncomfortable experience.
