The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful - 5 stars The breakfats area was very clean and well run with very firendly staff - 5 stars The pool area was great - 5 stars We are due a refund of about $80 from HIE as we prepaid for this and one other room on this cruise in Oct 2023. The actual room cost in May 2024 was approximately $40 less per room.
The food was good and staff were excellent. The only complaint is the noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom which is connected to the light. You couldn’t turn on the light without the exhaust fan. Apparently all the rooms have this feature. We stayed 2 different times in different rooms and friends who were traveling with us did also. They had the same complaint.
I would give them a 5 but we was told they had shuttle service and they did not. They had a number for 2 shuttle services that will accommodate their guest. Other than that the staff was wonderful even though they was extremely busy!!!
