Some guest rooms and bathrooms are on the small side, though all offer comfortable bedding, 40-inch TVs, quartz vanities and large windows. Some rooms have great views of the nearby foothills. The lobby and breakfast space provides plenty of seating options and a two-sided gas fireplace. Guests may enjoy the small game room, complete with multiple gaming consoles and TVs. The outdoor heated pool is open year-round. Smoke free premises. 159 units. 6 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Strongly object to their policy of charging us $7.95 at check-out for possible "incidentals" etc. This was charged to us when we checked out on Sept.. 6, 2023 and to date our credit card hasn't been refunded for this amount. We were told it "might take at least 14 days" to be refunded to our credit card. That date is Sept. 20 - we are almost there and no refund so far. This is annoying and troubling to us. We think this policy should be changed!!
