When I walked in the hotel it smelled so good & looked clean! My room was clean also. The part that I loved is they have shampoo and conditioner for you which was good bc I forgot mine! Lol! The only bad thing I can say is the fire alarm waking us up & we rushed out grabbing our bags went down the stairs we were on the 4th floor. come to find out it was a false alarm. Which was annoying bc we ended up having to get ready in the lobby bathroom bc we left our keys in the room.
