Very friendly staff and easy to check in and out. Great shuttle service by Rick to Busch Gardens. Suite was comfortable and roomy with a nice sofa. Bathroom was not super clean and ac was very loud and vibrating making it difficult to sleep. Hallways were very warm but we were in a heat warning.

The hotel staff were very accommodating. I noticed the bathroom bathtub appeared to be dirty. When I inquired, was told it was a stain they could not get out. The breakfasts didn't have a lot of taste. I've had better and would have thought these folks would have a higher quality food in there.

Clean room, comfortable beds, nice shower, awesome staff, and they have a free shuttle to BG. The only negatives are that you can easily hear people in the hall, and the floor of the tub/shower looked dirty.
