Easy registration, friendly personnel- professionals. Elevator was smooth- no issues… doors opened and closed as needed. Hallways sufficiently lit and no problems entering hotel room- was secured with double locks. Bathroom and bedroom very clean.
Even though the hotel iss being renovated, they aren't doing a very good job. We will not stay at this hotel ever again.
First room we were given the air conditioning didn't work. The hotel was short staffed so maintenance was not available. We were therefore given another room. The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower had some mold but everything else looked fine. Nice view of the water park. The complimentary breakfast was great - lots of choices and tasty eggs and grits.
