We picked this hotel a little farther out of our trip zone because it had a pool. No one mentioned anything about it as we check in, it wasn't until the elevator ride we saw the pool was out of commission because it was being resurfaced. This was the whole reason we chose this hotel, so that was disappointing. When we got to the room there was a ball of hair and a dead bug sitting on the window still. Also it was marked that there were three people staying in this room, but we still had to go ask for extra sheets for the sofa bed.
