I was told they had an indoor pool but they did not. The hotel is fairly clean but a bit dated. At check in there were several people in line who were registering complaints about their stay. Pet hair on bedding, ect.

The representative at the check-in counter was great., However, after checking in a representative from IHG was soliciting for a new hotel near Disney Orlando Resort area. After declining in the nicest way possible, he would not let go with his pestering or harassment; effortlessly trying to push a presentation similar to a time share offer with the option of either a 7 day hotel stay or $100 rebate after sitting through the presentation. However, to secure a seat at the presentation a $50 dollar deposit was required, which allegedly would be refunded. On the morning of my first stay I am a waken by a fire alarm system indicating a possible fire has been identified in the hotel and guests had to evacuate. I never heard over speaker system that an all clear was given. My room did not come with a microwave which is basic. The housekeeping safe was extremely great. I could not use digital key or check in because IHG does not allow reward members to use it if the hotel reservation is not booked directly with and through IHG, never again.

Booked a room with a king, was given a room with two full beds instead. It was a little dirty, and everything was very run down and old. There wasn't enough staff available to even bring the issue up.

The only thing I didn't like was having to stay for only one day. I wished I stayed longer, the staff was amazing, house keepers did an excellent job, they work very hard to keep the place excellent. Super clean.

Great location and clean rooms.
