Booked two rooms, but the booking app freezes during AAA validation. As a result I had to exit thee validation, It looped around requiring validation by member ID, then by name, back to memberid, back to name. after hitting the back button to exit the loop and the transaction, I found that the booking went through anyway. I found out when I looked at my email and saw a confirmation. while booking one of the rooms, no email confirmation showed. I looked at my credit card transactions and saw only 1 room was charged. I booked again and got a confirmation and saw a charge. Subsequently, the first booking confirmation email appeared but there was no charge on my credit card. Since these were prepaid rooms. I called AAA to see if I could cancel that transaction. I was told I had to call the hotel to cancel. The hotel said they could only see 2 reservations and in any case even if I cancel I still have to pay. When I arrived at the hotel, reservations showed up in their system. They told me that even if I cancelled the reservation It would still be charged to my card. So I was stuck with an extra room that I did not want. I tried to save a few dollars by using AAA but It cost me over $400 dollars. Not a pleasant experience.
