This stylish hotel occupies a classic 1928 building that was once home to the AAA Chicago Motor Club headquarters. Every guest room features plush-top mattresses and elegant upholstered headboards. Great location and attention. The room had a humid smell from a lack of air-conditioning maintenance. No gift was received as a Gold member.
Room had trash on floor upon checking in but Marquis handled things very well and made sure to do everything within his power to make it right
