The physical hotel is very good. There is a hotel shuttle from the airport but the staff will not answer the phone and most people take a cab in frustration. We finally used a different number and got an answer. That took over an hour to get them. No mention of Hilton Honors or water bottles. We talked to many people and also airport personnel and they said this was normal for that hotel.
