The hotel guest rooms are quite nice and decorated using updated tones and design. The 50-inch flat-panel TVs are a plus. It has a nice location and sits on a small pond where you can watch wildlife. Smoke free premises. 94 units. 5 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Upon getting unpacked found out I had no hot water. Went to front desk the maintenance guy showed me you have to turn on both faucets for 10 minutes. In the morning this would not work so they upgraded my room but it still took 5 minutes to get warm enough water to shower. This room has a kitchen sink so I had 3 faucets to get warm water quicker. I put up with this for 5 nights. Awful high price when they knew they have a problem. Front desk person in the evening and a different one in the morning were both helpful but both said it takes a while to get warm water. I never ran into any motel I've stayed at before and I'm 52.
